Rob Thorsteinson, President
Rob is a co-founder of Cascadia Motivation Inc. and has spent the past 30 years in the sales and marketing business; 25 of those years invested in Cascadia Motivation Inc.. He has travelled the world for 30 years, and has an in depth knowledge of global travel markets, and continues to develop new and fresh destinations far ahead of the industry.  Rob’s countless international partners and long-term relationships are credit to how Cascadia Motivation Inc. remains a leader in International Group Travel Management.

Keri Lefaivre, Director of Travel Operations
Keri has been in the travel industry for sixteen years and has enjoyed travelling with and hosting hundreds of groups to many destinations. One of only a handful of Canadians to receive the Global Certification in Meeting Management (CMM), the industry’s highest professional designation, Keri is an industry leader. She assists all of Cascadia’s Travel Operations Managers to ensure every program achieves the highest level of success.
