Rob Thorsteinson, President
Rob is a co-founder of Cascadia Motivation Inc. and has spent the past 30 years in the sales and marketing business; 24 of those years invested in Cascadia Motivation Inc.. He has travelled the world for 25 years, and has an in depth knowledge of global travel markets, and continues to develop new and fresh destinations far ahead of the industry.  Rob’s countless international partners and long-term relationships are credit to how Cascadia Motivation Inc. remains a leader in International Group Travel Management.

Keri Lefaivre, Director of Travel Operations
Keri has been in the travel industry for fourteen years and has enjoyed travelling with and hosting hundreds of groups to many destinations. One of only a handful of Canadians to receive the Global Certification in Meeting Management (CMM), the industry’s highest professional designation, Keri is an industry leader. She assists all of Cascadia’s Travel Operations Managers to ensure every program achieves the highest level of success.

Sylvia Mills, Director of Operations
Sylvia Mills is the Director of Operations for Cascadia Motivation Inc. in Eastern Canada. With over 15 years of Project and Creative Solution Management experience with companies like Maritz Canada, Sylvia is a formidable resource for our clients. Her impressive collection of competencies include the development and management of Loyalty Programs, Incentive Travel and Merchandise Programs, Business Meetings, Product Launches, Call Centre Operations and technology-based Sales support and Training projects. She is actively involved in all programs from the initial planning stages to the final product delivery. No detail is too big or too small to escape Sylvia’s critical eye.
