In 2020, when our industry was rocked with the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, our first priority was to accommodate our imminent travel programs and reschedule events and programs planned for early in the year. Air Travel

At Cascadia Motivation, we aim to optimize the travel experience for everyone. Your dedicated Cascadia Travel Operations Manager is your central point of contact for everything to do with your program. They liaise with our in-house Air Travel Department who work behind the scenes to manage every aspect of your group travel requirements, from negotiating fares and selecting optimal routes to managing schedule changes and alternate travel requests.
Personalized Travel Services
Our in-house team will ensure a smooth experience for your participants from the first point of contact until they return on their last leg of their journey home. These travel professionals can answer any question that may arise regarding airlines, airports, special requests, flight opportunities etc. They specialize in:

Pre-Trip Planning

Flight Monitoring
While your program is underway:

- Monitor and communicate changing challenges to domestic and international travel, ground transport policies and vendors
- Proactively track flights and schedules prior to flight departure and while in the air to ensure as seamless a travel experience as possible and also: on site at your event
- Provide real-time air travel services on-site at your event
